25hours Hotel to make Thailand debut in Bangkok
Ennismore is expanding its lifestyle hospitality portfolio in Asia with the signing of 25hours Hotel Bangkok, the brand's first property in Thailand. Developed in partnership with Central Pattana, the 345-room hotel is scheduled to welcome guests in the first quarter of 2029. It will form part of CenTRal cENtrAL, a major new mixed-use destination in Bangkok's Siam Square district. The project will bring 25hours Hotels' design-led and story-driven approach to one of the Thai capital's most dynamic cultural and commercial neighbourhoods.
25hours Hotel Bangkok will be located in Siam Square, an area closely associated with youth culture, creativity, retail and the continual evolution of Bangkok's urban identity. The hotel will sit close to Chulalongkorn University and within walking distance of Siam Station, providing convenient access to the wider city.
The property will be integrated into CenTRal cENtrAL, a next-generation mixed-use development by Central Pattana conceived as part of the future evolution of Siam Square. The project will combine retail, workplaces, hospitality and public spaces within a development intended to serve as a place for people to live, work, create and socialise.
The hotel's 345 guestrooms will reflect 25hours Hotels' emphasis on storytelling, art and design. Each room is intended to function as an individual retreat while maintaining a strong connection with Bangkok's creative character and layered urban environment.
Design throughout the property will draw inspiration from Siam Square's independent boutiques, pop-up concepts and creative studios, as well as the neighbourhood's Art Deco-influenced architectural heritage. The interiors will combine nostalgic references with contemporary elements, bringing traditional craftsmanship into dialogue with digital culture.
Rather than following a standardised global design formula, 25hours Hotels develops individual concepts based on the character of each destination. The Bangkok property will continue this approach by using Siam Square's culture, architecture and constant reinvention as the foundation for its visual identity and guest experience.
Sylvain Pasdeloup, Chief Operations Officer at Ennismore, sees Bangkok's combination of creativity, contrasts and constant movement as particularly well suited to the 25hours concept. The hotel is being developed not only as accommodation but also as a social destination where local culture, community and creative expression can come together.
For Central Pattana, the partnership adds another international hospitality brand to its growing mixed-use development platform. Phoom Chirathivat, Head of Hotels and Alternative Investments at Central Pattana, is overseeing a strategy that positions Siam Square as a destination capable of attracting both international travellers and a new generation of Bangkok residents.
Central Pattana is one of Thailand's leading real estate developers and operates across more than 45 destinations. Its development model combines shopping centres with residential projects, offices and hotels, creating integrated urban destinations across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
The company's hotel portfolio includes its own GO! Hotel brand as well as properties developed with international operators including Centara, Hilton and Ascott. By the end of 2026, Central Pattana expects its hotel portfolio to reach 17 properties across Thailand.
The Bangkok signing also supports the continued international growth of 25hours Hotels, which is expanding across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. The brand focuses on culturally distinctive urban destinations and develops hotels around individual stories shaped by local neighbourhoods, design and community.
For Ennismore, the project represents another step in its broader Asian expansion. The lifestyle hospitality company currently encompasses 14 hotel brands, more than 190 operating hotels and over 150 properties in the pipeline, alongside an extensive portfolio of restaurants, bars and branded residences.
Scheduled for Q1 2029, 25hours Hotel Bangkok will introduce a new lifestyle brand to Thailand while becoming part of one of Siam Square's most ambitious mixed-use developments. By combining 25hours' unconventional hospitality approach with the creative identity of its neighbourhood, the hotel is intended to become a social and cultural meeting point for both visitors and Bangkok residents.
