The property’s unique concept is inspired by the owner’s passion for olive oil, cultivated in his own grove near Grasse. This theme is woven throughout the guest experience, from an olive oil bar and a signature cocktail to small bottles offered as souvenirs. The design, led by Girós & Coutellier, draws inspiration from the neighborhood’s heritage and the 18th-century Traits Galants silk shop once operated nearby. Interiors showcase a vibrant palette, refined monochrome bathrooms, and skincare products by Typology.
Guests can enjoy multiple curated experiences beyond accommodations. A breakfast room featuring Île-de-France regional products doubles as a coworking space in the afternoon, while in the evening, the bar and lounges welcome both locals and visitors with creative cocktails. Wellness offerings include a fitness area with Waterrower and Nohrd equipment, along with a sauna designed to promote relaxation.
By combining Parisian elegance with thematic storytelling and a convivial atmosphere, Faubourg Galant Paris strengthens Accor’s strategy to grow the Handwritten Collection in key urban markets, offering travelers stays that are both stylish and deeply rooted in place.
