B&B HOTELS Launches First Property in Luxembourg with Cloche d'Or Opening
B&B HOTELS has expanded into its 18th country with the debut of the B&B HOTEL Luxembourg Centre Cloche d'Or, marking its first property in Luxembourg and reinforcing its rapid European growth strategy.
Located in the thriving Cloche d'Or district, a hub of corporate headquarters, retail spaces, and residential infrastructure, the new 150-room superior 3-star hotel combines modern amenities with strong sustainability credentials. Guests benefit from a private terrace, bar and lounge, meeting room, and breakfast space, alongside excellent transport links thanks to a nearby tram stop and convenient car access.
Developed by Nextensa and Promobe with design by Moreno Architecture & Associés, the property is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification. Its eco-conscious features include 40% green roofing, improving energy efficiency and supporting urban biodiversity. The project reflects B&B HOTELS’ commitment to balancing accessibility, quality, and environmental responsibility in its expansion.
The Luxembourg opening highlights the group’s flexible development model, which includes both new builds and adaptive reuse. Recent examples include the planned conversion of offices into a 93-room hotel in Unterschleissheim, near Munich, as well as the brand’s extension into Réunion. This strategy positions B&B HOTELS strongly in both major hubs and secondary markets, catering to business and leisure travellers seeking affordable, reliable stays.
