Ciel Dubai Marina to Open in November as the World’s Tallest Hotel
IHG Hotels & Resorts is preparing to unveil Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection in November 2025. Standing at 377 meters and spanning 82 floors, the landmark property will be the world’s tallest hotel and home to the highest infinity pool. Developed by The First Group and designed by award-winning architect Norr, the 1,004-key property will redefine upper-upscale hospitality in Dubai Marina with luxury design, panoramic views, and innovative amenities.
The new property is part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, a portfolio of one-of-a-kind hotels offering exclusive, tailored experiences. Ciel Dubai Marina will feature eight dining venues, including West 13, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, and East 14, serving flavors from across Asia and India. Guests can also enjoy the homegrown Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery, while the UK-born Tattu concept will span multiple levels, offering a restaurant, bar, sky lounge, and the world’s highest infinity pool on the 76th floor.
Beyond dining, the hotel will house a luxury spa on the 61st floor, a 24/7 panoramic gym, and exclusive access to Soluna Beach Club. Business travelers can benefit from Nest Executive Lounge on the 16th floor and flexible meeting spaces with skyline views. Families will find amenities such as a Kids Club, splash pad, and tailored services for children. With direct access to the Dubai Marina boardwalk, connections to shopping, beaches, and public transport, the property offers convenience alongside luxury.
As the flagship project of The First Group and a highlight of IHG’s regional expansion, Ciel Dubai Marina is set to become a global destination that blends innovation, sustainability, and design with Dubai’s reputation as a hub for tourism and business travel.
