Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane will launch 14 newly refurbished suites on May 1, 2026, adding a new layer of ultra-luxury accommodation to one of the capital’s best-known hotel addresses. The renewed collection includes Deluxe Suites, Park Suites, Grand Suites, a Royal Terrace Suite, a Presidential Suite and a Garden Suite. Designed in collaboration with London-based studio Interiors with Art (IWA), the project reinforces the hotel’s positioning in the top tier of the London luxury hospitality market. The unveiling also coincides with the property’s fourteenth consecutive Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award.

The refurbishment focuses on creating a more private, residential and highly personalised suite experience. The Presidential Suite, located on the fifth floor, has been designed with views of Hyde Park and includes a formal dining room with butler’s pantry, marble accents, a private fireplace and a layout intended to maximise discretion. The Royal Terrace Suite introduces a private garden terrace, separate dining room, pantry and handcrafted furnishings, while the Garden Suite overlooks the hotel’s private garden and combines a landscaped terrace with bronze-accented interiors, a living room and a separate dining space. The Grand Suite adds an expansive terrace, open-plan living and dining areas, and gold finishes, giving the collection a broad range of high-end options within the same design language.

Flexibility is also central to the new offer. Several of the refurbished suites can be interconnected to create two-bedroom or three-bedroom residences, allowing the hotel to cater to families, extended stays and guests seeking a more expansive private setting in central London. The service proposition has been built to match that level of accommodation, with suite stays including butler service on request, unpacking and packing assistance, access to Bentley house cars for local drop-offs, personalised in-room styling services on request and 24-hour access to the concierge team. Guests staying in the hotel’s signature suites will also receive airport transfers, while the concierge team itself includes seven members of Les Clefs d’Or, underlining the property’s emphasis on premium personalised service.

The relaunched suites are also being positioned as part of a wider luxury lifestyle experience. Additional benefits include complimentary tickets to sold-out exhibitions at V&A South Kensington, Young V&A and V&A East, VIP hospitality access to Bicester Village, and 24-hour fitness facilities with city views. Rates for the renovated suites start from GBP 4,700 per night, placing the collection firmly in the highest segment of the market. With this launch, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is using design, privacy and elevated service to strengthen its appeal among travellers seeking an even more exclusive London hotel stay.
