Hyatt debuts dual-branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Hotels in Leeds
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has officially opened the dual-branded Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds, marking the company's inaugural presence in the city. This development introduces a combination of short-term and extended-stay accommodations, catering to a diverse range of travelers.

Situated in Leeds' revitalized Sovereign Square, the hotels are strategically located near the city's vibrant retail and dining venues, as well as cultural landmarks such as the Northern Ballet and First Direct Arena. The development comprises a total of 305 guestrooms, with Hyatt Place offering 217 rooms and Hyatt House providing 88 apartment-style suites designed for extended stays.
The hotels feature a variety of amenities, including the Azotea rooftop bar and Latin American restaurant located on the 12th floor, offering panoramic city views, live entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the ground floor houses the Zoom Restaurant & Bar, serving a fusion of global and locally inspired dishes.
For business travelers, the properties offer versatile meeting spaces, including four meeting rooms and the Azotea rooftop bar, which can accommodate up to 200 guests for private events. The hotels are managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, a leading third-party management company.
