Scheduled to open in January 2029, the EVEN Hotel Dammam will be developed in partnership with Marassi Al Bahr Development Company, a subsidiary of Al Khaldi Holding Group. Situated in Dammam’s King Abdullah Civic Center, the hotel will provide convenient access to government offices, cultural hubs, and commercial districts, positioning it as a prime destination for both business and leisure travelers.

The property will deliver a comprehensive wellness experience, offering in-room fitness zones or calming corners, a fully equipped Athletic Studio, a Soul Studio for yoga and mindful practices, a rejuvenating spa, and a diverse range of dining options focused on both nutrition and indulgence. Inspired by biophilic design principles, the hotel’s vibrant public spaces will allow guests to seamlessly transition between work, relaxation, and social connection.

Haitham Mattar, Managing Director of IHG Hotels & Resorts India, Middle East & Africa, emphasized that the launch of the EVEN Hotels brand in the Middle East responds to modern travelers’ growing demand for immersive, health-centric experiences. Mr. Abdulmohsen Al Khaldi, Chairman of Marassi Al Bahr Development Company, highlighted the strategic significance of the project in supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals and reinforcing the Kingdom’s global lifestyle and tourism appeal.

The introduction of EVEN Hotel Dammam represents a major step in IHG’s growth strategy in Saudi Arabia, where the company currently operates 45 hotels and plans to expand further with 47 more in the development pipeline.
