Lemon Tree Hotels Expands Footprint with New Properties in Surat, Rudrapur, and Dalhousie

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced a significant step forward in its national expansion strategy with the signing of three new properties: Lemon Tree Hotel Surat, Lemon Tree Hotel Rudrapur, and Lemon Tree Resort Dalhousie. This move strengthens the group’s presence across Gujarat, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh, reaffirming its commitment to offering quality mid-scale hospitality in key regional markets. These properties will cater to both business and leisure travelers, each offering a range of amenities and convenient access to transport hubs.

The new Lemon Tree Hotel Surat will bring 85 modern and well-appointed rooms to one of Gujarat’s fastest-growing cities. Guests can expect a full-service restaurant, banquet facilities, a meeting room, and recreational amenities such as a swimming pool and spa. The hotel is strategically located about 12 kilometers from Surat International Airport and 15 kilometers from Surat Railway Station, ensuring ease of connectivity for travelers.

In Uttarakhand, the group will open Lemon Tree Hotel Rudrapur, featuring 84 rooms, a restaurant, a conference hall, and wellness options including a fitness center and swimming pool. Conveniently situated just 4 kilometers from Rudrapur City Railway Station and 15 kilometers from Pantnagar Airport, this hotel is poised to cater to corporate and industrial visitors in this emerging commercial hub.

Furthering its leisure portfolio, Lemon Tree Resort Dalhousie will offer a tranquil retreat in the Himalayan foothills. With 75 rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, a spa, and other recreational amenities, this resort aims to attract both domestic and international tourists seeking a premium experience in Dalhousie. Located approximately 200 kilometers from Sri Guru Ram Das Jee International Airport, Amritsar, and 79 kilometers from Pathankot Railway Junction, the resort ensures seamless travel access.
