Lemon Tree Hotels Expands in Andhra Pradesh with Opening of Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s leading hospitality chains, has announced the opening of its newest property, Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati, marking the brand’s sixth hotel in Andhra Pradesh. The launch strengthens the company’s growing presence in South India and caters to the increasing demand for quality accommodation in key spiritual and leisure destinations.
The 111-room managed hotel combines modern design with signature Lemon Tree warmth. It features Citrus Café, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and Slounge, a vibrant bar, along with the Pool Bar & Grill, banquet spaces, a spa, fitness center, and a swimming pool. The opening is being rolled out in two phases—54 rooms and Citrus Café are now operational, while the remaining 57 rooms and other facilities will open in the second phase.
Located in the sacred city of Tirupati, the property is ideally positioned to serve both pilgrims and business travelers. Tirupati, renowned for the Sri Venkateswara Temple atop the Tirumala Hills, is one of India’s most visited religious sites, drawing millions of devotees annually. The city’s robust connectivity via Tirupati International Airport and Renigunta Railway Station has also contributed to its emergence as a modern hospitality hub.
Commenting on the launch, Vishvapreet Singh Cheema, President of Lemon Tree Hotels, noted that the expansion reflects the brand’s commitment to supporting India’s growing spiritual and religious tourism segment. He emphasized that Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati aims to provide travelers with contemporary comforts and high-quality service in one of the country’s most significant pilgrimage centers.
