Lemon Tree Hotels to Open Keys Lite in Kharar, Punjab
Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property under its Keys Lite brand in Kharar, Punjab, continuing its strategic expansion across India. The upcoming 47-room hotel will offer a full range of modern amenities and services designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. This latest addition underscores the group’s commitment to strengthening its presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across the country.
In its ongoing effort to widen its national footprint, Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new property in Kharar, a rapidly growing urban hub within the Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar district of Punjab. The hotel, to be branded as Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, will feature 47 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, fitness centre, swimming pool, spa, and other thoughtfully designed public spaces. The project will operate under a franchise agreement with Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Located approximately 26 kilometers from Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport in Chandigarh and 28 kilometers from Chandigarh Railway Station, the hotel will benefit from strong regional connectivity and accessibility via public and private transport routes. Kharar’s emergence as a commercial and cultural destination in Punjab makes it a fitting location for Lemon Tree’s budget-conscious yet comfort-driven Keys Lite offering.
The town of Kharar boasts a variety of tourist attractions ranging from Gurudwaras and temples to gardens, lakes, and amusement parks, catering to a wide range of visitor interests.
