Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTHL) has announced its entry into the heart of India’s capital with the upcoming Aurika, Nehru Place, a landmark development set to become one of Delhi’s largest hotels. Planned on a 2.2-acre land parcel awarded by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), the property will feature 500+ keys and mark the debut of the Aurika upper-upscale brand in the National Capital Region.
The new hotel will be designed on the lines of Aurika, Mumbai SkyCity, blending grandeur with a distinctive Delhi flair. Aurika, Nehru Place will cater to both business and leisure travelers with elegant rooms and suites, signature dining experiences, expansive banqueting spaces, and premium leisure facilities. Positioned in one of Delhi’s most prominent commercial hubs, the property will reinforce Lemon Tree’s standing as a key hospitality player in the region.
