Marriott International, Inc. recently announced significant advancements in its branded residences portfolio, further establishing its leadership in the luxury real estate sector. Key to this growth is the introduction of the ONVIA platform, a new initiative designed to enhance the benefits for Residence Owners.

Expanding Portfolio

For nearly 25 years, Marriott International has offered whole-ownership branded residences that mirror the design and service quality of its renowned hotels. Since the end of 2019, Marriott has expanded its open portfolio by nearly 50%, now boasting 138 operational residential locations and a strong pipeline of 123 projects, reflecting approximately 90% growth.

Diverse Brand Offerings

Marriott's branded residences span 16 distinct brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, JW Marriott, Autograph Collection, EDITION, and W Hotels. This diverse portfolio offers a wide array of lifestyle and location choices, catering to both luxury and premium markets. Approximately 25% of these projects are standalone properties, while the remainder are co-located with hotels of the same brand.
