Nobu Hospitality will rebrand two luxury residential towers in Downtown Bellevue, Washington, as Nobu Bellevue Residences. The project is owned by Silverstein Properties and is described as the first completed and move-in-ready Nobu-branded residential development in the United States. The mixed-use development occupies a full city block and includes residential towers, retail, dining and hospitality experiences. A future Nobu restaurant is expected to open at the property in 2027.

The relaunch of Nobu Bellevue Residences is scheduled for late 2026, with residences available for immediate occupancy. The development includes 365 luxury condominiums, offering expansive homes with views of Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline and the Olympic Mountains. This gives the project a strong lifestyle positioning in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most prominent urban markets.

The project brings Nobu Hospitality’s residential brand into a completed U.S. development, expanding the company’s presence beyond hotels and restaurants into branded living. By rebranding two existing luxury residential towers, Nobu is applying its hospitality-driven identity to a move-in-ready residential product rather than a ground-up project still under construction.

The broader mixed-use development is designed to combine residential living with curated retail, dining and hospitality-led experiences. Nobu will introduce branded public spaces, signature residential services and direct access to the future Nobu restaurant. This combination is intended to give residents a more service-driven and lifestyle-oriented living environment.

Design will be an important part of the rebrand. The residences are expected to reflect Nobu’s design philosophy, blending Japanese minimalism with Pacific Northwest influences. This approach connects the brand’s global aesthetic with the local character of Bellevue and the surrounding natural landscape.

Residents will have access to curated amenities and hospitality-driven services shaped by the Nobu brand. The presence of a future restaurant within the development further strengthens the connection between branded residences, dining and lifestyle. This integrated model places the property within the growing market for luxury branded residences that combine private homes with hotel-inspired services.

Polaris Pacific is serving as the sales agent for Silverstein Properties. The rebrand also expands Nobu Hospitality’s wider residential portfolio, joining other Nobu Residences locations across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. With Nobu Bellevue Residences, the brand adds a completed U.S. residential development to its global pipeline and strengthens its position in the luxury branded living sector.
