The new Prize by Radisson Gdansk offers 126 modern guest rooms ranging from 17 to 30 square metres. According to the published details, the interiors follow the brand’s distinctive style, bringing together bold design, practical solutions and an accessible price point. The hotel also includes food and beverage facilities, including a restaurant and bar, as well as a breakfast offer and amenities tailored to the needs of both corporate and leisure visitors.

The investment is being delivered as a joint venture between developer Icon Real Estate and hotel operator Europlan. Europlan is also responsible for preparing the property and overseeing its operational performance, underlining the company’s role in shaping the hotel from development through to day-to-day management. This structure gives the opening added significance not only as a brand launch, but also as a notable partnership project within the Polish hotel market.

In strategic terms, the debut supports the wider expansion of Radisson Hotel Group across Central and Eastern Europe. The opening also reflects the increasing presence of international operators in Gdansk, a destination that continues to strengthen its position in the domestic hospitality landscape. Positioned as a lifestyle economy brand, Prize by Radisson brings its service approach and contemporary urban stay model to Poland at a time when demand is growing for well-located, design-led and competitively priced accommodation in major cities.
