Radisson Hotel Group has signed a long-term agreement with Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH to operate a new Radisson Collection Hotel within FOUR Frankfurt. The hotel will be located in one of Europe’s most ambitious mixed-use urban developments and will occupy floors 11 to 19 of the 173-metre T2 tower. Positioned in the luxury-lifestyle segment, the future Radisson Collection Hotel, Frankfurt will offer floor-to-ceiling skyline views and a design concept created by the group’s in-house design and architecture team in Madrid. The project will become the second Radisson Collection property in Germany, following Berlin.

The signing strengthens Radisson Hotel Group’s presence in one of Germany’s most important business and financial centres. Frankfurt is a major European gateway city, known for its banking sector, international connectivity, trade fairs and strong corporate travel demand. By placing a Radisson Collection Hotel inside FOUR Frankfurt, the group is positioning its luxury-lifestyle brand at the heart of a landmark urban project.

FOUR Frankfurt is described as one of Europe’s most spectacular urban mixed-use developments. The future hotel will be integrated into the T2 tower, occupying floors 11 to 19 of the 173-metre building. This vertical positioning will give the property a strong skyline identity and will allow guests to experience the city through expansive floor-to-ceiling views.

The hotel’s location inside the tower is central to its future appeal. Rather than functioning as a standalone hotel, Radisson Collection Hotel, Frankfurt will become part of a larger urban environment combining different uses within a high-density development. This reflects the growing importance of mixed-use projects in modern hospitality, where hotels are increasingly connected with offices, residences, retail, dining and lifestyle spaces.

The property will also benefit from DGNB Platinum precertification under the Vertical Cities framework. This places the project within a sustainability-oriented development context and reflects the increasing importance of responsible urban design in high-profile hotel projects. For a luxury-lifestyle hotel in a major European city, this environmental and architectural positioning adds another layer to the project’s identity.

The interior design has been developed by Radisson Hotel Group’s in-house design and architecture team based in Madrid. This gives the company direct creative control over how the Radisson Collection brand will be interpreted in Frankfurt. The design is expected to support the brand’s luxury-lifestyle positioning while responding to the specific architecture and urban character of FOUR Frankfurt.

The agreement also highlights Radisson Hotel Group’s ability to create tailored operational solutions for complex real estate projects. The company emphasizes that the project demonstrates its capacity to work across different circumstances and at various project phases. In the case of FOUR Frankfurt, this means bringing together brand strength, operational expertise and project-specific flexibility within a major mixed-use development.

The signing was completed with the involvement of several advisory and legal parties. EY Law, Hogan Lovells and JLL are named in connection with bringing the deal to completion. Their involvement reflects the scale and complexity of a long-term hotel operating agreement within a major urban development.

For Groß & Partner, the agreement brings an international luxury-lifestyle hotel brand into one of its flagship developments. For Radisson Hotel Group, the project expands the reach of Radisson Collection in Germany and adds another gateway-city address to the brand’s growing portfolio.

The future hotel will be the second Radisson Collection property in Germany after Berlin. Internationally, the brand already has a presence in major cities including Paris, Madrid, Rome and London. Since its launch in 2018, Radisson Collection has grown to nearly 70 hotels worldwide, establishing itself as one of the group’s key upper-upscale and luxury-lifestyle brands.

With Radisson Collection Hotel, Frankfurt, Radisson Hotel Group is adding a prominent German business destination to the brand’s European network. The project combines a landmark mixed-use setting, high-rise skyline views, sustainability credentials and a tailored design concept. As part of FOUR Frankfurt, the hotel is set to become a distinctive new address for luxury-lifestyle hospitality in the city.
