Radisson Hotel Group has signed Radisson Hotel Kishangarh, expanding its Rajasthan portfolio with a new 150-key property in a fast-developing commercial and tourism corridor. The hotel will be located directly opposite Kishangarh Airport and just off the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway, positioning it for strong corporate, airline, and transit demand. Scheduled to open in Q2 2027, the signing will become the group’s 20th property in Rajasthan. The project is being developed with Cygnus Township LLP.

The signing targets Kishangarh’s unique demand mix, anchored by its role as the “City of Marbles” and a major center for India’s marble trade, while also benefiting from year-round leisure and pilgrimage flows from nearby Ajmer and Pushkar. With branded supply still limited in the market, the project is positioned to capture early-mover advantage as connectivity improves and visitation continues to grow. Radisson Hotel Group is also aligning the hotel’s proposition with the region’s cultural identity, drawing on Kishangarh’s artistic heritage, including its tradition of miniature paintings.

Radisson Hotel Kishangarh will feature 150 rooms and suites, alongside contemporary dining and versatile meeting and event facilities designed for business travellers, social gatherings, weddings, and MICE demand. The hotel’s airport-facing location is expected to strengthen visibility and simplify access for both domestic flyers and road travelers moving along the Delhi-Ajmer corridor. Air links from Kishangarh Airport include connectivity to key Indian hubs such as Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, and Nagpur, supporting a broad base of demand beyond purely local travel.

For Radisson Hotel Group, the signing reinforces a strategy focused on scaling presence in tier-2 markets with clear demand fundamentals and improving infrastructure. Leadership commentary tied to the announcement was attributed to Nikhil Sharma and Davashish Srivastava, while the ownership side was represented by Rajendra Gupta of Cygnus Township LLP. Together, the partners are positioning the project as a landmark addition to the city’s organized hospitality supply as Kishangarh continues to develop as a trade and tourism hub within the wider Rajasthan circuit.
