Six Senses has opened reservations for Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, with stays available from September 1, 2026. Located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the new luxury resort will combine hotel accommodation with a substantial branded residences component. The project strengthens the brand’s presence in the Dubai hospitality market while reinforcing demand for high-end, wellness-led beachfront stays in the emirate. The resort is planned with 61 suites and 172 privately owned residences.

Designed by SAOTA, the architecture and interiors draw on regional building traditions while using natural materials such as stone and timber. The accommodation concept emphasizes space, light, and connection to the outdoors, with floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, and selected suites featuring private pools. Across the wider resort, planted courtyards, shaded gardens, water features, and pathways leading to a private beach are intended to create a calm, low-density environment in line with the brand’s broader wellness resort philosophy.

A major pillar of the project is its wellness offer. Six Senses The Palm, Dubai will include a 60,000-square-foot spa with a Longevity Clinic, hydrotherapy areas, biohacking experiences, an Alchemy Bar, and dedicated spaces for yoga and meditation. The resort will also offer services led by in-house experts and visiting practitioners, reinforcing its positioning as a destination for restorative travel rather than a conventional urban beach hotel.

Food and beverage will be spread across four dining venues, with menus shaped around seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients. According to the announcement, the culinary strategy will be supported by relationships with regional farmers, fishermen, and suppliers, reflecting the brand’s ongoing emphasis on sourcing transparency and destination-led dining. Sustainability is also central to the development. Built in collaboration with MAB Environmental Consultancy, the resort is targeting LEED certification and is designed to comply with Dubai’s EHS Green Building Code in areas including energy and water efficiency, material use, and indoor environmental quality. The property will also feature an Earth Lab for sustainability workshops and a Sustainability Fund to support community projects.

Experiences at the resort are planned to extend beyond accommodation, with a focus on wellness, marine exploration, and family programming. The Grow With Six Senses program will be available for younger guests and families, structured around six dimensions of wellness: social, environmental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual. On the residential side, the project will include Penthouses, Royal Penthouses, duplex Sky Villas, and nine five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villas, with owners receiving access to a full-service team and additional privileges. The development is also positioned as the first of two planned residential projects for the brand in Dubai, with Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina scheduled to follow in 2028

Accessibility is another important element of the project’s market appeal. Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is located around 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 25 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport, with private transfers available by land or sea. That combination of beachfront seclusion, airport connectivity, large-scale wellness infrastructure, and branded residential inventory gives the project a strong position in the evolving luxury hospitality landscape of Dubai.
