Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Sonesta) has announced the debut of Americas Best Value Studios by Sonesta, a new extended-stay brand under the company’s Americas Best Value Inn (ABVI) portfolio. The introduction marks a strategic evolution for one of Sonesta’s most franchised and recognizable brands, addressing the rising demand for affordable, long-term accommodations across the United States.
Each Americas Best Value Studios property will feature studio-style suites designed for comfort and practicality, including kitchenettes equipped with apartment-sized refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and sinks. The operational model will focus on efficiency and convenience, featuring a front-desk presence, bi-weekly housekeeping, and on-site laundry facilities—all standard across locations. In addition, all properties will be pet-friendly, ensuring inclusivity for long-term guests and travelers relocating with pets.
