The Vanderpump Hotel is set to open in May 2026 on the Las Vegas Strip, marking the first hotel venture for Lisa Vanderpump. The new boutique hotel will join the Caesars Entertainment portfolio and take over the former The Cromwell site at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. With a full redesign shaped by Lisa Vanderpump and Nick Alain, the project brings a distinct visual identity to one of the city’s best-known resort locations. The opening also signals a significant new chapter in Vanderpump’s growing hospitality footprint in Las Vegas.

Previously known as The Cromwell, the property is being transformed into a 188-room hotel with guestrooms and suites created around a more intimate and design-led concept. According to the source material, the interiors will feature a palette of moss-green tones, dusty lilac accents, gold elements, and silver detailing, creating a softer and more atmospheric contrast to the energy of the casino environment outside the rooms. Lisa Vanderpump is also personally selecting in-room amenities, reinforcing the bespoke approach behind the project. The redesign has been conceived as a calming retreat within one of the most active entertainment corridors in Las Vegas.

The transformation extends beyond the guestrooms. The Vanderpump Hotel will also introduce redesigned reception and check-in areas, refreshed public spaces, updates to the gaming floor, and a completely new lounge. A key element of the concept is the use of custom furnishings and lighting fixtures developed specifically for the hotel through Vanderpump Alain, the design line created by Lisa Vanderpump and Nick Alain. This gives the property a more unified visual language and ties the hotel directly to the aesthetic that has become associated with Vanderpump’s wider brand.

The project is also notable for how it builds on Lisa Vanderpump’s existing presence in the city. Her current Las Vegas venues include Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas. Beyond the city, her hospitality expansion also includes WOLF by Vanderpump at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe and WOLF by Vanderpump at Caesars Republic Scottsdale. In that context, The Vanderpump Hotel represents not just a standalone opening, but an important next step in the evolution of her broader hospitality brand.

During the transformation, several existing venues and operations at the property will remain open, including GIADA, Starbucks, Interlude casino lounge, Drai’s After Hours, casino operations, and Caesars Sportsbook. The continuation of these outlets allows the hotel to maintain activity while moving through its repositioning. Altogether, the debut of The Vanderpump Hotel adds a new layer to the city’s boutique hotel offer and introduces a property that aims to combine a highly personalized design identity with the visibility and entertainment appeal of the Las Vegas Strip.
